MBTechnology produces 7 families of roofing products, by far the most complete line of roofing products produced in the USA. We introduced to the market a fire rated torch applied roofing system. MBTechnology also offers a complete line of dual reinforced and aluminum embossed waterproofing systems. Our product line even includes a self adhesive waterproofing membrane, ideal for any waterproofing project.

MBTechnology's products have been successfully applied in a wide range of climates, from Arctic regions of Alaska to the high deserts of Nevada. Our international experience encompasses the Pacific Rim, Latin America and Asia.

fastorchSBS
An extremely flexible torch applied SBS membrane. Torches easier than conventional APP membranes. Unlike APP, it can be applied in cooler weather and does not require protective coatings. Also available in fireguard grade.

layfastSBS
An SBS modified tile/shingle underlayment and base sheet with fiberglass reinforcement, used in lieu of felt.

superflexSBS
A highly elastic polyester reinforced product. Flexibility of the product makes it ideal for flashing and single ply applications. superflexSBS is ideal for hot asphalt and cold adhesive applications.

metalflexSBS
An elastomeric, aluminum embossed roofing membrane reinforced with a woven fiberglass mat. The aluminum top surface offers unparalleled reflectivity and weatherability. Class A fire rated over combustible deck with no slope restrictions.

layflatSBS
Our family of SBS modified base sheets. layflatSBS minimizes buckling, wrinkling and fishmouths associated with BUR felts.

supercapSBS
MBTechnology's economical lightweight cap sheet. Used in conjunction with 2 or 3 layers of layflat SBS base sheet. This system offers a superior alternative to BUR at a competitive price.

fireguardSBS
A technological breakthrough in the roofing industry. Class A fire rated over combustible decks, without need for protective coatings or gravel. This product can be applied with torch, hot asphalt or cold adhesive.
