We are seeking highly motivated individuals to develop relationship with Roofing Distributors, Contractors, Architects and Facility Managers. The successful candidate shall have proven track record in outside sales preferably in Roofing / Construction Sales.
Our inside customer service and technical department will offer excellent support in assisting them with their day-to-day activity. This includes preparation of customized specification, lead generation and follow up.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years of college.
- A minimum of 2 years prior experience in selling building material (preferably roofing)
- Aggressive follow up and closing skills.
- Territory planning and time management.
- Excellent prospecting, cold calling and developing of current leads.
- Good computer skills, ACT, MS Word.
COMPENSATION:
The company offers a highly leveraged compensation package including base salary, car allowance, and Commission. The compensation plan has no limit on earnings and provides a realistic opportunity to earn a six-figure income. Commission is based on sales volume and is paid monthly.
